Columban Message to Sound of Many Waters

Columban Justice, Peace and Integrity Coordinators from 14 countries - meeting this week in the Philippines to examine the issue of climate change - offer our solidarity with the Sound of Many Waters Event being launched this weekend (29 September) in the Clifton Diocese.

In all 14 countries where Columban priests, religious and lay missionaries work, global warming and environmental destruction are harming the poorest communities and the planet's life systems. We wish the Catholic Church in England and Wales every success in the promotion of Catholic care for the Earth through awareness raising, action, lifestyle and worship.
